Thank you again for the humbling and wonderful experience.

There’s nothing in the world greater then to be recognized for your efforts. But to also inspire a young boy to become an EMT/Firefighter and future Flight Nurse......this is what it’s all about. This is why we do what we do. Keep inspiring the young, they can do amazing things. Congratulations All

Congratulations be safe

4191, 4193, and 4195 responded with the Sparta Fire Department early this morning to a structure fire. Luckily no one was injured but we did get to try out one of our special pet oxygen masks on a cat rescued from the fire!

We had a great time at the Sparta Junior Police Academy today! Thanks for inviting us as we love to teach our younger community members about our organization and what we do.

We felt it was a good time to post this picture as there was a Triathlon in town today.

Pictured is Don Earl, a former Sparta Township Police Chief, running alongside Sparta Ambulance Squad’s 1969 Superior Cadillac Ambulance. This Ambulance was in service from October 1974 until November 1976.

Thanks to Tracey Earl McNamara for the photo! We love to see what our vehicles used to looks like.

Sparta Ambulance Squad participated in a planned evacuation drill of Knoll View this morning. The Drill was the culmination of a number of pre-planning sessions to test the readiness of all potential agencies involved with an evacuation of the main facility. The specific scenario was a simulated kitchen fire requiring evacuation of 27 residents.

In addition to our squad, the Sparta Fire Department, Sparta Police Department and Dispatch Center, the Sparta CERT group, Sussex County Sheriff's OEM, and the Ogdensburg Volunteer First Aid Squad all participated in the drill.

All of our Sparta Ambulance Squad emergency vehicles were staffed and utilized thanks to a great turnout from our membership!

We would also like to thank the Knoll team for their cooperation and excellent planning! Everyone worked together to make it a very successful event!

Life of EMS. Tried to have breakfast with my sister Sunday. First place lost power, second place closed and we finally sit down at the Lake House when tones go off.
